    Have you used AFX to look into the schematics of the airport and ILS. with AFX you can edit the ILD glidslope and perhaps the angle of the runway for the ILS. for example you maybe be able to offset the angle that the ILS is off in editing of the ILS and correct the offset path. Or even delete the current ILS and create a new one. This seems to be a programming error and needs to be re-adjusted.
