FS2004 Rolls Royce RB-211-535XX Sound Pack, simulating the engines fitted on Boeing 757 and Tupolev Tu-204/214. A lot of research has been done in order to get as real as possible. The perspective is from what you hear in the cockpit which generally means that your hear the engine more in the background and avonics buzzing, etc. The wind sound is also quite loud as it's the most prominent sound during flights.
