/images/notams/notams21/dino0301.jpgSo...it is February 28th, where is the T-45C Goshawk? Well, we believe the current build is good enough for release, butwe are polishing it even more and adding a couple of features thatwere not intended for the initial release originally. Also, we areworking on a very detailed manual - we think you will need it as thesimulation is quite detailed. We do not like calling any of our flight simulation products "studylevel" - we believe that a true "study level" product should be almost100% accurate and, more importantly, does not instigate or promote anincorrect operation of the real world aircraft... and the T-45 isdefinitely not a "study level" product in that sense. However we feelthat it is a quite detailed rendition of the aircraft and we hope itwill be good enough for most users. The biggest shortcomings, in our opinion are the following: HUD is not collimated and has problems with TAASome functionalities of the HSI page are not completely implemented (for one, the PLAN mode only shows the next waypoint as opposed to the full flight plan planimetric view)The aircraft does not bleed energy as much as it should during tight turns (although this is a more general problem of MSFS)Some BIT test sequences are incorrect or missingDEP can only be used to set CRS, HDG, LAW and BINGO.These are by no means the only shortcomings of this product, but weare confident that pretty much everything else is negligible. Pricewill be $29.99 USD - tentative release date: March 8th (fingerscrossed). Source IndiaFoxtEcho Reports Beta 1 Build of T-45C Complete

/images/notams/notams21/dino0202/t45c-1.jpgDusting off my (poor) carrier landing skills with some FCLPtraining at NAS Key West (Beta version of the upcoming scenery bySkyDesigners)... one of the worst aspects of MSFS is that militaryairports have civilian structures and are populated with GA airplanes, which breaks the immersion a little. It is great to see that scenerydevelopers are starting to fix this with proper military airbases. /images/notams/notams21/dino0202/t45c-2.jpgWell, in reality the main purpose of these flights is to test thelatest iteration of the flight model, which incorporates feedback wehave received from real-world T-45 pilots. We are working to complete a Beta test version in a week or so, and(fingers crossed) release the package by the end of February/beginningof March. /images/notams/notams21/dino0202/t45c-3.jpgThe McDonnell Douglas T-45 Goshawk is a highly modified version ofthe British BAE Systems Hawk land-based training jetaircraft. /images/notams/notams21/dino0126/indiafoxtecho-t45-3.jpgQuick development update on the T-45... we are reviewing thefeedback we have received from real-world aircrews to fine tune theflight model. Hopefully we will have a feature-complete version forthe first week of February and potentially release the finishedproduct before March - but as usual, no rush: it is done when it isdone....and naturally we had to include the VT-9 Tigers special colorlivery. We'll add a VT-86 line aircraft and maybe another specialcolor. Also, we've added several sound effects in Wwise based on realworld recordings... and we are quite happy with the results sofar. /images/notams/notams21/dino0126/indiafoxtecho-t45-2.jpg /images/notams/notams21/dino0126/indiafoxtecho-t45-1.jpgSource Color Screens Coming To IndiaFoxtEcho T-45C IndiaFoxtEcho Long-EZ For MSFS v1.13 Released
