Located about 28.5 km (17.7 mi) northeast of thecity of Munich, it features two passenger terminals with an additionalmidfield terminal, two runways as well as cargofacilities. ShortFinal Design announces the development of MunichAirport for X-Plane 11. Munich is a major hub for Lufthansa and thesecond busiest airport in Germany, handling 44.6 million passengers in2017. It was opened in 1992, replacing the old Munich-RiemAirport. The scenery will feature accurately modeled terminals withfull PBR materials.
