  1. /images/notams/notams22/nibh.jpgLandmarks of Germany: Now you can finally navigate in MSFS using all the famous and prominent landmarks that make Germany such a great place to visit. Castles, famous buildings, bridges, television towers, radio towers, water towers, radar towers, cooling towers, chimneys, antennas, solar parks, soccer stadiums and even barrage dams can be found at their exact positions all across the state. More than 1,500 individual objects in this pack alone add everything you would want and need as a VFR pilot to conquer Germany. Discover the North with the federal states of Bremen and Lower Saxony, but don’t miss the rest of the federal states (which will be released soon or are available already). As with our other Landmark City titles, we've put a lot of effortinto recreating key features and points of interest throughout thecity, reflecting its fascinating mix of older and modernarchitecture. The close proximity of downtown and port also makes forstunning visuals at night, and we even included an (optional) rhinooutline near the top of Table Mountain, which gets projectedoccasionally to support anti-poaching campaigns. Beyond the city, visit the infamous former prison on Robben Island, explore the University of Cape Town's campus on Table Mountain'seastern slopes, or fly around the Cape of Good Hope where the Atlanticmeets the Indian Ocean and the nearest landmass to the south isAntarctica, some 2,500 miles distant. Cape Town Int'l (FACT) lies 10 miles to the southeast but there arealso several smaller airfields in the area, such as Ysterplaat AFB,Stellenbosch Aerodrome, Morning Star Airfield, and two short runwayson Robben Island. According to the developer, there are hundreds ofbuildings and POIs that have been placed, putting special detail andcare in the skyscrapers of the city, as well as iconic buildings suchas the Palacio de Bellas Artes, Castillo de Chapultepec, PalacioNacional among many others. /images/reviews/mexicity/t/FlyMex-Mexico-City-Landmarks-04.jpg /images/reviews/mexicity/t/FlyMex-Mexico-City-Landmarks-06.jpgAlthough its name implies that it is a scenery focused on VFRflights, for IFR flights it also improves flight immersion, especiallywhen making the ILS approach to runway 05 or when taking off fromrunway 23. FlyMex has included in the scenery the pre-Columbian city ofTeotihucan, which means "Birthplace of the Gods" and is currently acultural and tourist attraction due to its archaeologicalmonuments. In 1987 it was declared a World Heritage Site by UNESCO andis very well represented in this product. /images/reviews/mexicity/t/FlyMex-Mexico-City-Landmarks-07.jpg /images/reviews/mexicity/t/FlyMex-Mexico-City-Landmarks-08.jpgThe night lighting in general is very good, there are buildingsthat have better lighting than others, however the city looks muchbetter at night compared to the standard scenery and several POIs inthe city can be easily identified at night. /images/reviews/mexicity/t/FlyMex-Mexico-City-Landmarks-01.jpgConclusionOne aspect that I think could be improved in the scenery is tounify the quality of the textures used in the buildings, since thereare buildings where it is seems that FlyMex has taken advantage of thenew graphic resources that MSFS 2020 allows to use, but in others thereare buildings that seem taken from FSX or even earlier versions whichmay clash a bit with the graphic level of the simulator in general, however this point when flying over the city is not so relevant sincethese aspects are noticeable when taking close shots, which from ourplane in flight is not very noticeable. In the video you can clearly compare the standard MSFS 2020 sceneryand the scenery developed by FlyMex, and the improvement obtained withthis product is evident, as always, I hope it will be useful for thosewho are thinking of purchasing this scenery. /images/reviews/mexicity/title3.jpgDiego Vega Purchase FlyMex Software - Mexico City - LandMarks for MSFS See all FlyMex scenery
