    Default Squawkbox/Radar Contact 4/Editvoicepak etc?

I currently use EV with Ultimate Traffic which still utilizes the default pilot/ATC controllers voices. And, we're all familiar with the ATC limfacs associated with FS9 (ghosting, double booking approaches, sequencing, and painful radar vectors/climbs/descents.

What's the best payware/freeware out there that will allow me to interface with an ATC controller? I heard Radar Contact voices and it sounds very computer aided (like Steven Hawkings--no slight intended).

Is there something that allows you to communicate into your headset for requests and replies?

If so, is there a performance hit when also running Active Sky, BEV, FSGenesis 38m mesh, and ultimate traffic?

    Thanks in advance.
