Default "Invisible" Aircraft For Scenery Placement?

Hi: Unless I have completely lost my sanity (which, of course, is entirely possible) I seem to remember that there was an "aircraft" available for download that was invisible in the "top down" view that could be used for scenery placement...In other words, all you saw on the top down view was the cross-hair, not the little airplane image...Can anyone point me to the correct file? Thanks...

    Search for "English Crosshair Box"

The same "invisible a/c" is packaged with my "ESDG Hangar Scenery Kit" available here at
