ColR1948 Posted November 12, 2022 Share Posted November 12, 2022 If it isn't one thing it is another, just got a popup when starting XP12, somehow the master sound banks is damaged and I have to re-install XP to hopefully fix it. ColR1948 Posted November 12, 2022 Author Share Posted November 12, 2022 After the system scan of XP12, it didn't find any faults, told me to start the sim, so started it and the error is still there, it crashed again. ColR1948 Posted November 13, 2022 Author Share Posted November 13, 2022 Turns out it was an extra aircraft I installed, that caused the problem, once I took it out out no error message and XP12 worked OK. flytv1 Posted November 13, 2022 Share Posted November 13, 2022 Hi. I would proceed with caution in using anything from act, scenery... from the older version XP versions. Everything has been touched / changed to some degree. I have no idea why, new people that did not understand the old code? Some changes make no sense. When you make changes do one thing at the time and keep good track of them. The easy way out, with some exceptions, is to use the Installer again to repair / update.
