mcarvela
I'm running it through steam. Where do I find that folder? Thanks
JSkorna
In the path where steam installed MSFS. Or you could do a search for OneStore using File explorer. http://www.air-source.us/images/sigs/000219_195_jimskorna.png
gt401964
The Asobo aircraft files are in the Official folder which is in your main install packages folder. Add on aircraft files go into Packages/ Community folder. My Steam path is My Drive G, Steam, Steamapps, Common, Microsoft Flight Simulator. Then if you open Packages you will see the Official and Community folders.
danbiosca
My Steam path is different: C:\Users\(My_user)\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft Flight Simulator\Packages\... and indeed you'll find there both folders: Official and Community. Just in case it helps. mcarvela
Dan - Thanks so much. I can't tell you how many dead ends I followed and how many hours spent looking for these files. Your directions were spot-on. Mike
danbiosca
Dan - Thanks so much. I can't tell you how many dead ends I followed and how many hours spent looking for these files. Your directions were spot-on. Mike My pleasure. A last suggestion, if I may: you can now set a shortcut to that path in the Quick Access area or in Windows Desktop, so yo don't need to remember the full path every time.
