    Default RTW Retro Flight #131 Miami to Havana . . . . 1955

    LAV ((Línea Aeropostal Venezolana) flight 251 is a Lockheed L-1049E Constellation on a flight from Miami, Florida to Havana, Cuba (KMIA - MUHA). We have 3,000 gallons of fuel on board for the 205 nm, flight. There will be light cloud cover for the flight. Our cruising altitude will be 16,000 feet.

    11. A little over 40 NM from Havana we are instructed to descend to 10,000 feet and make a slight course change.
