need help urgently with pmdg 777

Recently i was flying my 777 as usual loaded up the flight plan, then activated it in the mcdu or fmc and after loading up the rest it works fine on the ground. But after takeoff it continues pitching up uncontrollably to the point of stall and i can't control the aircraft in ANY way like in terms of joystick or in terms of keyboard or even changing the throttle in cockpit using my mouse. Plus i tried it without a flight plan and it works fine l. Could anyone help me figure this out because my plane has been working flawlessly for the past few years until now

Check your trim settings on the throttle controls. They may have moved to “trim up” in error
