Noticing in CONTENT MANAGER that i did not have the "ITALY upgrade" installed or marked owned, i hastily reinstalled it from the store! While flying from Rome to Venice i got all kinds of error messages and even was forced to go into safe mode! My question : Can i go into CONTENT MANAGER and delete or uninstall the ITALY upgrade to fix the problem; or do i need to do a complete, (ouch) reinstall?

Win 10, I 9, nvidia 3080 RTX, 2 T sst , sb ae-7 sound

I am not sure what your problem is, but I know this for sure:

You can remove anything you want from the Content Manager (and reinstall it as many times as you want). That's safe since it won't let you remove anything mandatory.
