This is 1 of 8 of the Warwick Carter P-51's that I have and I also have a few Alphasim P-51's which are also nice to fly! First looks can be intimidating, but they are a joy to fly!

Wow, Warwick Carters P-51, that is an old one!
I checked, I did three repaints for it, waaay back in 2007, I even found a few screenshots of one:

I think these are among the first repaints I ever made, we've come a long way since then, I'm still painting P-51's atm, the Aeroplane Heaven model for MSFS now, the 8th P-51 model after Warwicks, 4 different A2A models (wop & ww2 fighters for FS9, one for FSX and the accusim version) and the P-51B and P-51D from warbirdsim...

you'll find all my FSX/P3D repaints here and all my MSFS repaints here.

I had lots of fun with Warwick Carters P-51's in FS9 and in FSX. They're still in my hanger. Great to see them again.

Yes, I also find a handful satisfying. (ahem) Your great Mustang caps are fun too. -- Bob

Nice birds Rick and JK!! And yes, a good clean squeak on main gear landing with a P-51 is always very satisfying!

What's nice about backups and saving to an external drive, I can go back and retrieve something I may have hastily deleted, in this case, 4 of my
Alphasim P-51's! Here's one of them:
