g7rta
Which screen are you stuck on?? Firstly, do you have the MS Store version of the sim? If so.. have you launched the store for the update? You need to launch the store and click “library†(bottom left) followed by “get updates†(top right) or better still, just click Update All Regards Steve Edited January 22, 2022 by g7rta Intel I9-13900K - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX - 64Gb DDR5 5600Mhz - Asus RTX4090 ROG STRIX 24GB 3x 43” Panasonic 4k TVs - Corsair RMx 1200W PSU - 2 x 2TB M.2, 2 x 4TB SATA III and 1 x 4TB M.2 SSDs. g7rta
this is all i get all of a sudden Your responses always seem to be a bit cryptic and not clear. How about elaborating a bit more? When did you last use / update the sim? How about a screenshot? Have you checked if there any any windows updates available? Any MS Store updates at all? I don’t know if this is still the case, but you might need to have the Xbox app installed in order to update the sim. I have it installed anyway (doesn’t harm to have it installed) so I can’t be sure on that one. tiger1962
At this stage in the sim launch process, it's trying to verify your Xbox credentials and can't for some reason. Launch the Xbox App and log out of your Xbox account, then restart your PC. Launch the Xbox App and log back in to your Xbox account, then launch MSFS. tiger1962
If a Microsoft Account isn't listed then it's already been removed - that could be your problem. Follow the instructions for signing back in to your Microsoft Account, then try launching the sim again. Tim Wright "The older I get, the better I was..."
