Just had a look at “Harlan Municipal” myself. There are houses and farm buildings nearby, but as you say..the airport doesn’t have any. Just the flat images where buildings should be. I’ve got my buildings settings on ultra too, but I’m not seeing any at the airport.
Sorry I can’t be of anymore assistance. If the buildings were there previously then maybe bug report with Asobo might be necessary, but they’ve probably got a lot more important things to sort first.
