It is probably a Personal piece of Crew Art placed there by either the Crew Chief, or the Pilot.

I can resolve enough from another image of that same aircraft to feel very comfortable with that diagnosis.. Typically, they are masked off when photographed for official purposes.. There Can be the last 3 digits of the aircraft's number placed on a cockpit door, like "104" in your case, or :103 in the attached photo of it's Sister ship, 118104, in the same Canadian Air Force unit, but it's optional for the unit to do so. Most cockpit doors I have seen, are clean. Otherwise, all I can say is that it is probably not suitable for print anyway.. lol Hope this helps you..

By entering Bell CH-118 Iroquois into google you will find plenty of pictures and infos about these 10 Hueys..... but almost none about the Bell CH-118104 Iroquois

just the Pilots of the Bell CH-118101 Iroquois from the 439 Combat Support Squadron

were allowed to have their rank and name at the doors
