Can anyone help, please?

I have tried to have a Vulcan in P3D4 for a while now and it is great to have one with a working vc as well. Only one omission, though - the model doesn't cast a shadow as with other models. I realise that a lot of time and expertise has gone into converting it, but it would be good if this could be fixed. I managed to change this myself with MCX material editor (bump scale 1 and detail scale 1 and reflection scale 100) and got the ground shadow to display. Unfortunately, when importing the model to MCX, the main gear animation is wrong with the wheels stuck to the bottom of the wings. I had a try at fixing this using the hierarchy editor in MCX but with no luck as the various settings are beyond my ability. So, I can have either wheels or ground shadow, but not both.

FSX converted model with original VC done by Cirrus N210MS at SOH (simouthouse).

Any advice appreciated.
