Clutch Cargo Posted December 9, 2021 Share Posted December 9, 2021 I noticed an extreme difference in tree coloring between P3Dv4 and P3Dv5.3. P3Dv5 seem to have perpetually bright, spring colors. Where P3Dv4 have darker greens, one might expect in the summer. Having both platforms installed one can easily see the difference. I am double checking my versions to ensure there is no 3rd party provuct installed that might cause this but I just wanted a general consensus out there. Has anyone noticed any difference? oldcrusty Posted December 11, 2021 Share Posted December 11, 2021 You need to deselect 'dynamic vegetation' in the sim world menu. That should get the trees back to near normal. I use ORBX's tree addon which is much better but not selecting dynamic vegation should fix the funny colour trees for you. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Clutch Cargo Posted December 12, 2021 Author Share Posted December 12, 2021 Thx for the suggestion. It was already un-checked. I was able to darken them by adding shadows ONTO vegetation. Could be switching from P3Dv4 and P3Dv5 constantly for development I keep seeing the differences right off.
