Touch screen set up on second monitor

I guess I am a real dummy but I can't get touch screen to work on my second monitor Wimaxit M1560CTV2. I have Air Manager set up and I can display a panel to the Wimaxit. I have an Acer Predator desktop and I see under Device Specifications "No pen or touch input is available for this display". Hopefully I am just missing something simple as I see quite a few YouTube videos with the touch feature working, especially in connection with the Knobster and a second portable monitor such as the Wimaxit. I have looked at the instructions for enabling "touchscreen" with Windows 10 but I do not see "touchscreen" under Device Manager. I also have not seen any references to this issue with the Wimaxit or Air Manager user instructions. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
