Time of takeoff does not hold to what I set it to.

When I start to take off on a flight plan, the time is sometimes starts off at night, but when I change the time back to a daylight

hour it doesn't hold and goes back the night time.

What do I need to do to solve this dilemma? Any suggestions?

Have you recently joined a group in the sim?

If you join a group and the creator of the group leaves it before you do you are stuck with the settings that were in effect at the time.

I have had this happen a couple of times, now I do not join groups.

If you are in this situation you can get out of it by having a friend invite you to a group. Once you join, then leave the group right away. This should give you the ability to change your settings again.

Those that create groups must stay in the group until all have left before exiting themselves, otherwise the people left cannot change the settings in their sim.
