I would put Windows, FSX, and utilities on the SSD, then put MSFS2020 X-Plane 11.5, and/or P3D V5 on the M.2. This would give room for expansion. Video cards are very difficult to come by, and the lower level ones will limit how well you can run MSFS2020. You can get by with 16 GB of memory, but stick with 3200 speed. Don't go with a HDD! Caveat, I have never run P3D, I don't know if it has to reside on the device with Windows??
