Controls options not working

Hi everyone.

Ever since the Xbox update I have been unable to set up any options in the Controls Options. None of the boxes will expand/collapse no matter what I try.

I have tried changing settings in the Accessibility section and others I think may impact from the General Options and I am now at a loss to my next step to resolve issue.

The issue is for all inputs:- mouse, keyboard, joystick and TCA quadrant

Any help will be extremely appreciated.

Not sure if this is relevant, but there’s always a second or two delay for my control settings page to load. This started with SU5. It connects to the servers where your control settings are stored. Maybe something is blocking it on yours. I take it you you’re not having any connection issues?

I have noticed that the Controls Options takes a few seconds to load in, but waiting a few minutes has no effect on trying to expand menus.

Have no issues with internet connection - VirginMedia at 350Mps

You are correct, issue only happened after SU5.

Not sure where to go now!
