Need to find "The Jet Age" by AETI

Hello fellow simmers. I am looking for Aeti's "The Jet Age", by great designers Terry Hill and Thomas Main. It was available in the late 90s as both download and physical CD-ROM, but I cannot find it anywhere online. And there is nothing on ebay. The panels look excellent, and Terry Hills aircraft are usually very good.
