Mac6737
What's with this? Level flight at 16,000, full power. I believe I've previously gone faster, but there's something holding me back today. What could it be?
lnuss
I don't have this particular sim, but typically what you describe is caused by gear still down, flaps extended or spoilers opened. It's also possible that you are operating only one throttle, which might have made a takeoff and climb seem a tad weak too. Another thing to check might be, if it's equipped with auto-throttle, is to turn that off or reset the desired speed. Larry N. As Skylab would say: Remember: Aviation is NOT an exact Science! CLE_GrummanTiger
There’s been a lot of that today and it’s due to the weather servers running amok (possibly related to the numerous outages reported today). Temps at higher altitudes were very wrong (summer-like temps up there). Mac6737
OK, you can all relax. Went back to the CJ4, different livery, different locale, and it took off like it used to. I'll experiment with other settings tomorrow. Sometimes funny things happen in MSFS.
