jcwillimas
I've been trying to open a topic at the Microsoft Flight Simulator Forum to explore the problems with this emerald green overaly appearing at EGNS but keep getting the message "You are not permitted to view the requested resorce" when I try to create the topic. Has anyone here got an idea about (a) the scenery problem or (b) the forum problem. Thanks for any help!

jcwillimas
Looks like its related to the underlying Bing data. When you view areas with the emerald green problem in MSFS it turns out that the Bing maps have the same colour cast.....
g7rta
You’re probably right. Don’t know if it was the same for you, but the bright green tiles kept appearing & disappearing as I flew over them... just like the old days of previous sims, with tiles popping up everywhere. daspinall
I finding lots of glitches with the BASE SOFTWARE like airport trucks driving through buildings bad roads, even the 747 (CTRL E) auto starts up engine sequence 1,2,3,4, when it should be 1,4,2,3 sequence...they destroy instantly any illusion of flying in the real world and starts to feel cartoonish... it's the little things that have never been fixed that bugs me...I was taught pay attention to the detail no matter how SMALL!.... I had to sack the AI pilot for total incompetence!! I doubt even that has been fixed by now IMO..... Now the major issues have been addressed and fixed I can focus on flying and now see all the little glitches that should have been addressed by now, I never noticed them before because it was hard to relax not known when the next ctd was coming up at you.... thankfully those days are over...
