Here is what I got doing a little search: "Error 1722 can be caused by the following: Corrupted or incomplete installation of Windows Installer software. Corruption on Windows registry. Virus or malware infection. Another app or program that might have deleted Windows Installer files. Since HP mentioned that it might be compatibility issue, follow the methods below and see if it will help resolve the issue:" Do a search for "Error 1722" and see what you find.
