Error message after uploading the France upgrade

Why am I not seeing more about this problem on the forum? The error code is 0x8007139f. When you try to load MSFS it switches over to the store, tries to load the upgrade, and then errors out. The error has been reported to Microsoft by several people, but has not been corrected. What do I do now? Who to contact?

did you reset the store app and log out of it and back in again.... I know this has solved problems for me before......
