How do I make AI Boats from purchased models?

I want to add more boats to my library. I found Turbosquid website that sells professionally modeled boats and everything. I want to know how to convert their data files into useable ai boats. Will anyone invest the time to list the process step by step or direct me to the proper instructions? I really need assistance.
