Welcome to the forum(s) Peter. Everything is fine except the RAM size. You really need 32 GB as shown in the Ideal Specs. Having only 16 GB will be a real limiter on performance in dense scenery and with complex aircraft. RAM doesn't cost much these days...just have them add another 16 GB. - Doug

Thanks! If I added the RAM at what level would I be with graphics etc. I have been doing flight sim for over 20 years, my last rig was built for the last release. I have found that I am happy with 30fps I know others have the 60 as the benchmark but 30 has always been plenty smooth for me.

I would recommend you get Win 10 Pro 64 bit. You will find it works better especially when you go to make changes. You can get a 2 yr old Dell i9 (3.5 to 4.5 Ghz) with SSD and 1tb HDrive (make it 7200 rpm) and nVidia card (with 4 HDMI for 4 monitors?) and Optical Drive (always good to have) for $1400 or so. Don't buy the 'Gaming PC' hype. That is old hat and pure marketing. A used Dell as described is plenty better than 'New' with marginal specs. Just my 2 cents.
