inky160
The Simbrief Downloader v1.4.5 shows my FS2020 flight plan file name ending with PLN, see screen view below. However, clicking the "download" button results in Adobe Acrobat Reader message claiming it can't open file extension pln. I have no idea why Adobe Acrobat Reader associates itself with flight plans. My question: Is there a setting that disables Adobe Acrobat Reader from getting involved with trying to open flight plan PLN files? Greatly appreciate some help here. Navigate towards them, right click on the one you want to associate with MSFS, then Open With, then you choose the More Apps link, find Flight Sim (if it is a .pln) and that "should" hopefully fix your problem. inky160
Download your files onto your computer Is this the file list you're speaking of? At the moment, there's a single file in Saved Flights. Clicking on Load/Edit opens notepad with the file source code in HTML. Sorry, I'm not seeing were to download files to my PC. inky160
I've disabled Acrobat Reader and still the download from Simbrief still associates itself with Adobe Reader. LittleNavMaps and SkyVector flight planning works wonderful with MS2020. The SimBrief app adds a level of detail I like but, this download behavior has me puzzled. There must be a setting that I'm overlooking. Anyone else familiar with SimBrief Download technique?
