    Default VertxSim DA62 for P3D v5.x?

Does anyone know if this model works with v5? Their web site only says v4 is supported.

If the website says that v. 4 is supported, you use it in v. 5 at your own risk.

Best place to ask such questions are always the developer's support.

No. I have it and it doesn't work in my 5.1.

Thanks - asking because I don't own this model to be able to test it.

You can modify the target to get it to recognise 5.1, but it doesn't work, despite seeming to recognise the sim!
