What are the systems that are modeled that call for the price being asked?

Would have given this a shot, but that's a bit on the steep side.

There once was an ice cream vendor in Central Park who advertised ice creams for sale at $1 million each. An office worker who took lunch breaks every day saw this and eventually couldn't contain himself anymore, walked up to the vendor and said: "Excuse me, you will never sell ice creams for $1 million!" The ice cream vendor replied: "Perhaps, but I only need to sell one".

Is this any different from the previous Pilot's B314 version for FS9? That's a steep price tag for something that has already perhaps been through some development process in the past.

just wait a bit, they will reduce price, otherwise, almost nobody will buy it at that price,
