MIP map squares flickering help!

Hello.

In my sim, when flying the texture MIP maps tend to flicker on as a grid looking thing momentarily and randomly in the sim, this is sometimes accompanied by a buzzing from the speakers, and this buzzing sometimes happens on its own. There is also occasionally popping sounds.

Any experience or help would be appreciated.
