mallcott
Hello-As a newbie my windshield and all windows are covered with ice even on the ramp.I have the pitot button clicked.Any advection?thx Jay Turn on deicer. Or windscreen heat. The reality is, you shouldn't attempt a flight in thise conditions! Ground ice on the ramp = no attempt to leave the ground. Perfect day for thinking about flying... mrzippy
PitotTube heat will not deice the windows! Check your panel for a window deice switch or a defroster switch. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!

dashort3
On the copilot side you will need to use the 'Cabin Air' and 'Cabin Heat' knobs to defrost the windows. Not sure how it will take for ice. Not much else available on the C152.

Do not try to use the Cessna inappropriately!
