Woodpecker1214388
I have Windows 7 and FSX Gold I am considering upgrading to Windows 10 If I upgrade to 10 will I keep all my software the same, i.e. scenery, planes etc. What are you thoughts and experiences doing that or is it best left alone. Ray Hff
In my case, I purchased Windows 10 on a stick. Ran the installer. There were a couple really, really old games that refused to run on W10; but, FSX and 95% of everything else I had ran fine.

If it all works well, sim and programs etc you use, don’t upgrade. W7 is great and I see no benefit at all going 10. Except more issues. https://fshub.io/airline/RUA/overview

Skywatcher12
Win 10 is guaranteed more issues over Win 7. How many more issues will depend on the types of add-ons and hardware/software you have. In the past I ran 40+ years of games from one PC. It's no longer possible under Win 10. W2DR
If you're upgrading only because you're hoping that FSX will "run better" don't. It won't. Intel 10700K @ 5.0 Ghz, Asus Maxumus XII Hero MB, Noctua NH-U12A Cooler, Corsair Vengence Pro 32GB 3200Mhz, Geforce RTX 2060 Super GPU, Cooler Master HAF 932 Tower, Thermaltake 1000W Toughpower PSU, Windows 10 Professional 64-Bit, and other good stuff.
