mjmiller
I purchased the sim the first day it was available and downloaded it, I have been flying ever since I received it. I have flown in all kinds of weather situations with live weather turned on. I have flown in all kinds of storms with clouds, lightning, wind but have yet to have a drop of rain hit the windshied. Is there a setting that I am missing?
g7rta
Have you got “windshield effects†turned on in graphics settings? I think that’s the one you need Regards Steve Intel I9-13900K - Gigabyte Z790 Aorus Elite AX - 64Gb DDR5 5600Mhz - Asus RTX4090 ROG STRIX 24GB 3x 43” Panasonic 4k TVs - Corsair RMx 1200W PSU - 2 x 2TB M.2, 2 x 4TB SATA III and 1 x 4TB M.2 SSDs. g7rta
just managed to check my settings & mine too is on ultra. I was thinking it only offers on or off. I certainly see raindrops on the windows. They look & sound fantastic. However, there are many posts on other forums (Avsim etc) saying the same as you. I guess it’s a bug. If you change the weather from live to rain, do you see it?
