Ahhh.... Scotland by night. Beautifully lighted motorways with intricate interchanges, modern buildings standing amongst brightly lighted lots with numerous horseless carriages and very small areas of grass where a caber might be tossed and a blood red sky to remind us of the many conflicts with the English. Robert the Bruce would be very proud!

 

Actually a beautiful show of 2020 at dark Bob. Very nice indeed. :cool: :cool:

Bob - You have really captured some very nice pics of a nightly flight over Scotland. I used to love RW flying at night, so beautiful with all the lighting going on below! Many shy'd away from night flying, but I always enjoyed it!

And well said Rick! Perhaps because I have one eye that is hyper-sensitive to light, I always preferred night flying and night driving as well!

Being an old chopper guy I usually fly low and slow.
