I have a i9 9900, 2080 ti 16g with 64 gigs of ddr4 ram. I have everything set to ultra and typically get 30-40 FPS in any given location. Give me a second and Ill dig up my actual specs before i upgraded the DDR. Maybe it may be helpful to you. His service was solid and he was attentive. Turned V sync off. I then had an idea...
