New computer build

Will a i7 9700K be plenty to run MSFS in ultra with a RTX 3090 GPU or even future like RTX 4090 ??????

or should i do a i9 10900K or i9 10700K ????

That depends on your monitor. If you are running a 1080p monitor with a 60htz refresh rate, you are good to go. If you plan to run a 4K monitor, according to Tom's Hardware, even the I9-10900K and a RTX2080ti can only get about 20 fps in ultra. I run an odd 1920x1200, which is about 15% more pixels than a 1920x1080, and I have a mix of ultra and high settings, which runs easily in the areas I fly.
