Also read that it is simply a 5 hour delay (releasing at 5am instead of midnight) & that the emails were sent out in error. There is also a mention of the price but I don’t know exactly what. I too have preordered (with MS) so they can’t change it. It seems the delay is just a few hours from region to region, to save the servers from crashing. The price increase seems to be people misinterpreting the exchange rates in their region.
