Dual Monitor Issues in Windows 10

I decided to load FSX on the new computer which is running Windows 10. Everything is working but I can't drag the Radio Stack or GPS to the 2nd monitor. I can drag other thing from the desktop to the other monitor (I've disabled the "Snap" feature in the settings)no problems. Both monitors are at the same resolution. The monitors are correctly listed & positioned in the "Display Settings".

Google doesn't appear to know. Can anybody help?

Which aircraft are you using? Perhaps there is no possibility to release(?) the RadioStack or GPS at this aircraft. Normally you can release such gauges and drag it to your second monitor.
