The ILS would not come alive even though I had the proper freq for runway 24 ILS and the controls set for ILS. I was landing blind in snow. Looks like you are right. Sitting at McQuire right now and the ILS is active. First time I’ve had that happen. There was a lot of weather and clouds on this particular trip. That may have added to the issue.
