cant taxi at all after downloading the S2F-3 Tracker

i have a file that can make certain aircraft able to turn like the default dc-3 that when it was releeased couldnt steer well..and have been using it untill the othwer day when i downloaded miltion shupes grumman tracker...now i cant seem to steer at all

where should i add the point for steering? i added the point the other night and it made the plane fall into the scenery... what can i do??
