Aerosoft A318-A321 Professional shut down in flight in P3Dv4

I am running the latest versions of everything: P3Dv4, Aerosoft's A318-321 Professional bundle and have a major issue: the flight deck goes dark, black out, shuts down about mid flight. The Aerosoft forum is no help whatsoever and I started a help ticket but that will be a dead end. Has anyone else had this issue of the entire flight deck going black? I am running Windows 10's latest version.

So I can't fly a long flight 1 to 2 hours because of this issue. It just happened again on a flight from KDTW to KMSP on a A319.

I am wondering if I wasted my $84.00 for the bundle.
