Disc issues installing X-Plane 11

I recently purchased X-Plane 11, and in addition, before I purchased X-Plane I had a new high quality video card installed. I have a Windows 10 operating system. Both Disc 1 and Disc 2 installed just fine. When I inserted Disc 3 after awhile a message came back and said there was an error. Not sure why. I downloaded the manual and I did read that if I choose all of the scenery, that it might be too much, and it's better to add as you go. So, I took out some scenery, but still to no avail; I get the same message and cannot get past Disc 3. I did send an email to support at Laminar, but I also noticed there is no phone number for them (sort of weird). I emailed them last night but have not heard back from them. Has anyone had the same issue, and does anyone know why it's doing this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks!
