FS9: 747-200F at Kai Tak. A peaceful flight with a challenging approach!

Recommended Posts

Hello everyone, it's about time I finally post something on here again.

Today I did a flight from Manila to Kai Tak (hong kong), of course with the famous IGS RWY13 approach (video coming soon).

I had some problems with my system so I had to reinstall a bunch of stuff. At that moment I found out that my boxed 747-200 disc got damaged so I had to rebuy it. The good thing is: now the INS panel finally works, so it was really fun to navigate that way.

Sadly I had to downsize to images to be able to upload them here. Does anyone know how to upload full HD? Imgur didn't work either..

Anyway I hope you enjoy.

Thank you. I used the default windows xbox gaming overlay, or whatever it is called.

I just press the Windowskey + G button and the recorder shows up.

I guess I don’t have that with my Windows 10 or I don’t have something set up.

You could try hitting the key combination (Windowskey + G), if that does not work you have to install the "Game bar" through the microsoft store. It is free. It might be named differently, or it's included in the XBOX Gaming overlay as I mentioned earlier.

Hi,

Another challenging approach to try is the RNP Z RWY 5 at LPMA (Madeira).

Some 2NM from the runway you need to make a slow ~45 dregree right turn, near high terrain, usually with a fair amount of crosswinds.
