dhlair
Performed a repair from FSX disk 1 and came out successfully but now on startup FSX simply crashes/stops running and have tried may "solutions" to no avail! Help!! Anyone have an idea as to what may have happened or how to solve?? Thanks
mrzippy
How many total discs do you have for FSX?? 2 or 3? To do a "Repair" you have to run all discs, not just disc 1. If you also have Acceleration or the 2 SPs installed, they need to be uninstalled before starting the Repair. Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer! dhlair
Thanks, thought that might be the issue. Yes it's the Deluxe with 2 CD's and both were used. And no, I didn't remove SP2. Do you suggest I go into the Control Panel and remove SP2 and give it another shot? Thanks again!
