The heat wave keeping on in France. Lift is decreasing :)

So I'm at the nearest airclub bar, with a good cocktail. The guy at the bar agreed to make it like my recipe: scotch, Martini, limoncello di Sorrento, Schweppes tonic, orange juice; on the rocks, raspberries, spoon-mixed, and a straw! (watch! copyrighted :) )

 

Hope you don't get too much tired at piloting your planes :cool: Wonder whether I won't order another one :):)

Saw an article in the newspaper this morning...114 degrees F in a small town near Paris. Cook your eggs on the sidewalk!:(

I see as we are approaching a month after this originally posted, that nearly 200 million U.S. Americans are facing excessive heat wave temperatures between 100 - 110 actual temps without the heat index.

 

According to fact checks, there was a post about a country (Kuwait / Saudi Arabia) where actual temps reached 140 - 145 F.

So, my next cocktail recipe will be that one: a cocktail-prone glass, rocks, pieces of peach or whatever fruit a hand, whisky, Sarento lemoncello, filling with Coke, mixing. A straw, relax, and drink. Best to drink by afternoon's end :cool:
