Lost FSX reg# have discs, can # be found on PC hard drive?

Recommended Posts

Help please.

You will appreciate our suspicion? This is your first post and all. FSX has only been out for 13 years...

FSX-Steam Edition would appear to be your answer - can be had for a few bucks during sales, and requires no reg#.

Sorry, the reg no is not stored on your harddisk. And the number is not in the registry either.

(checked to be sure. Did search on drives (with search set to look inside of files) and did registry search.)

Good luck. Hope you find the number again.

Is it due to "Magic" that these numbers keep disappearing? I have seen several post in the different sites that I use stating the same thing??

Still thinking about a new flightsim only computer!  ✈️

Maybe he don't know where to look? The reg numbers are on yellow stickers on the inside of the box, or case, the DVD's came in and won't be found anywhere else. If you have the box, or case, then you will also have the reg number for FSX on 1 sticker and a 2nd sticker with numbers for Acceleration.
