    Nels it was Avsim and the idiot he is referring to I'm sure is the one and only "Hifi Spokesman" at Avsim that has long been banned. (Not mentioning any names but its easy to identify him).

    No it was not Avsim. It was here. And I will not give his name because I still see that he is a mod here at Flightsim. Although I haven't seen him post in a while. Avsim had their own jerks and Flightsim is a much better site. But what I am talking about is a moderator here at Flightsim. He was the reason I did not and will not renew my First Class membership as I have stated. Again it's not proper to name him in this forum.

    I'd just delete REX and use freeware textures. Although if you've already paid for it, so be it.
    They're a bit like Carenado now pumping our confusing garbage and are a little deceitful about it as well.

    Thank you Tim. I did receive the email and downloaded the program per your instructions, however, upon executing the program, it is asking me for a serial number which I don't have and did not receive with the purchase from FlightSimStore. The registration number that I was given by FlightSimStore is invalid.I have sent Reed an email.

    The forums went to new software around fifteen or sixteen years ago and everyone had to register again, but the site was not down; perhaps that is what you remember. (You will see many people with a registration date around 2005, yet you can find posts from them dated years earlier. I even had to register yet again a couple of years later when the new forum stopped recognizing my new account.)

    Yup that's it! I had to re-register at that time. And something happened to my account again in 2012 and I had to register again. You are correct sir. I also remember an extreme slow down about a year or two ago that made the site practically unusable. Maybe that's why I was thinking it went down.

    Just a heads up on my situation. Reed & Tim at REX provided fast, courteous service and I'm glad to say I'm back with REX textures.
